Adoptable Kids

Adopting a child can be a rewarding and lifechanging experience. The Division of Children and Family Services is looking for families or single adults from all backgrounds who want to give a safe, loving, permanent home to children who need a family.

  • Most children waiting for adoption are African American and Caucasian children ages 10 and older.
  • Many are sibling groups who need to stay together, teenagers, or children who have special needs (including physical, emotional or mental disabilities).
  • Adoptive families can include relatives, single parents, and same sex couples.

Please take a look at our wonderful Adoptable Kids.

  • If you are a licensed Foster Caregiver or approved Adoptive Family requesting information about a specific child submit an inquiry and we’ll follow up with you.
  • If you are not a licensed Foster Caregiver or approved Adoptive Family please submit this interest form and we’ll get back to you.

Ezra and Aubree

November 2015 and October 2016
Ezra and Aubree

Ezra and Aubree are ambitious and fun-loving children with hearts full of hope. They are close and love one another very much, but also enjoy their own interests. Their sibling bond is strong. They look forward to being with each other and having a family who will support their dreams and passions.

Ezra is the oldest and is very protective. Ezra is just learning to read and write. He loves pretending to read books while looking at the colorful pictures. He also really likes watching videos and playing games.

Aubree loves for things to sparkle and glitter. She also loves being outside bike riding, playing with her dolls or playing in the park. Aubree’s future goal changes every week from a doctor to dancer.

Both children are looking for a forever home that is full of love and that can help them have a promising future.
