Performance Evaluation and Innovation (PEI) functions as a partner of Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) leadership, information technology, data systems support, records management, and professional development. The mission of PEI is to serve
as internal consultants to DHHS entities and facilitate improvements specific to service delivery and DHHS client outcomes, through the utility of professional services including, research and evaluation, performance management/business intelligence,
continuous quality improvement, policy and procedure development, analysis, and data reporting and interpretation. Our vision is to identify, support and achieve better outcomes for the children, families, adults and older persons served by the Cuyahoga
