Aspire Greater Cleveland, which is a partnership involving Cuyahoga County (CCPL) and Cleveland Public Library (CPL) systems, has partnered with Cuyahoga Job and Family Services (CJFS), to provide increased accessibility to education and workforce development programs for residents.
Aspire Greater Cleveland is a free resource for High School Equivalency (HSE)/GED® preparation classes, English Classes for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL) classes, one-on-one tutoring and basic skill classes for adults, and workplace education. Aspire services include:

Aspire Cleveland is operated by the Cuyahoga County Public Library System. They provide basic adult education for detainees at Cuyahoga County Jail and the McDonnell Center, a community-based correctional facility.
