Public LibraryCuyahoga County partners with local libraries to help you apply for food, medical, and cash assistance.

Simply visit any branch of the following library systems:

Library staff can help you:
  • Create an account and apply online
  • Apply over the phone
  • Fax your paper application and/or supporting documents for free
Library staff can also answer basic questions about benefits programs, help fax what supporting documents you will need, and show you how to access your case information by phone or online.
