Fee for Service Program
The DSAS Home Support Services unit provides home care that enables older adults age 60 and over, or adults with disabilities age 18-59, to receive affordable personal care and homemaking services in their own home. This flexible program allows these individuals to live independently in their home, while staying connected to their community.

Fee for Service Eligibility Requirements
Home support services are available to eligible Cuyahoga County residents and fees are based on a sliding scale according to income. To be eligible, a client must:- older adult age 60 and over, or adult with disabilities age 18-59
- Be a Cuyahoga County resident
- Live in their own home or apartment
How Fees for Services are Determined
Service fees are based on eligibility and income.
