Tapestry System of Care

The Tapestry System of Care provides a network of supports for children with significant behavioral or emotional challenges and their caregivers. To help children maintain stability in their current home - family of origin, foster, or kinship - Tapestry provides access to home- and community-based therapies and activities. A team planning process ensures that services are coordinated to address each child’s individual needs.
Age Range: 6 - 17.5
A child may be eligible if:
- Their behavioral issues are severe enough to risk disruption from their current home.
A child is not eligible if:
- They have an open case with PEP Connections.
Programs
Parent-Child Interactive Therapy
A supportive therapy service for children and families involved with the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services.
Child and Family Focused (Family Preservation)
A short-term crisis intervention program to help stabilize families involved with Cuyahoga County DCFS.
Multisystemic Therapy (MST)
With Multisystemic Therapy an expert will support and advocate for your family.
Alternatives for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
This evidence-based treatment helps improve the relationship between children and caregivers in Cuyahoga County.
Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Therapy for Cuyahoga County children with post-traumatic stress disorder or other problems related to traumatic life experiences.
Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-up
Therapy to help residential caregivers in Cuyahoga County understand a child's cues and practice appropriate responses.
