Holiday Giving Programs
We offer 3 giving programs for our community to help make the holidays brighter for a local child, family, or older adult.

Hope for the Holidays
- Hope for the Holidays is our annual gift program for children and teens in foster care.
- Gifts from generous donors like you, churches, businesses, schools, families, and individuals provide holiday cheer to over 1,000 children and teens.
- You can easily give through our Target or Amazon gift registries or or buy a toy, game, book, etc. from your favorite retailer and drop-off to our building at 4261 Fulton Pkwy., Cleveland OH, 44144.

Adopt-a-Family
- Adopt-a-Family is our gift giving program for the children being cared for by their families in our Kinship Care Program.
- You can support a local Kinship family in need by “adopting” them for the holidays.
- We match you with a family, you fulfill their wish list, wrap, and drop-off their gifts to us to give to them.

Elves for Elders
Make a difference for an older adult in Cuyahoga County this holiday season by joining our Elves for Elders program! It’s easy to get involved:
- Email Daphne James at Daphne.Kelker@jfs.ohio.gov to receive a list of specific gift items requested by a local older adult.
- Purchase the items and deliver them to our office at 13815 Kinsman Road, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., between November 4 and December 6.
For more information, contact DSAS at 216-698-4731. Thank you for bringing joy to an older adult in need this holiday season!
