DSAS is comprised of nearly 200 employees working together with the common mission of providing exceptional service to Cuyahoga County’s older adults and adults with disabilities. Our administration provides the leadership, strategic planning and resources that support that mission.

We develop division specific objectives under these overarching themes to address the needs of the populations we serve – older residents and residents with disabilities. We revisit our Strategic Plan every two years to evaluate our progress and determine our next steps.
Our Administrative TeamUnder the direction of the Division Administrator, our Contracts, Business Services, Human Resources, Performance Management, and Professional Development units ensure our human and financial capital are leveraged to meet the needs of our residents, and our outcomes are measured to ensure current success and anticipate future demand.
