The main and utility menus utilize arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier
links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Emergency (Expedited) Food Assistance
Cuyahoga County residents may be eligible for a faster decision on food assistance applications if they meet certain criteria.
Ohio Works First is a financial assistance part of the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families program. OWF provides temporary support to families while parents work their way toward becoming self-sufficient.
The Workforce Development Alliance offers scholarships to income-eligible residents for enrollment in fast-track training programs at Tri-C. The initiative also includes job-placement assistance for graduates.
The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Workforce Development Board has adopted a place-based neighborhood jobs strategy designed to target additional staff and resources to two Cleveland neighborhoods with low Labor Force Participation Rates – Slavic Village (Cleveland City Council Ward 12 primarily) and the Opportunity Corridor (Cleveland City Council Wards 4, 5 and 6).
Cuyahoga County and your local library systems want to make it easier than ever before to access benefits resources while connecting with education and workforce development programs at the library.
