Summit to Address Innovative Ways to Care for Aging Population

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH - Hundreds of senior care advocates and experts will gather at the 2023 Northeast Ohio Aging and disABILITY Summit on Friday, September 29, at the Cleveland Marriott East in Warrensville Heights.

 

This year’s theme, "Coming of Age: Creating Sustainable Solutions to Care," underscores the urgency of developing innovative approaches to enhance care for our aging population.

 

The summit's agenda includes a wide range of topics including:

·     Conversations to Promote Advance Care Planning in the LGBTQ+ Community,

·     Health Inequities: Closing the Disparities Gap in the Aging Population, and

·     Mental Health in African Americans.

 

In addition to informative sessions, the event will feature exhibitors offering resources designed to enhance the lives of seniors.

 

Attendees can earn Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) relevant to their respective fields of practice and study. Registration is still open.
