Cuyahoga County Health and Human Services Limit Building Lobby Access to Reduce COVID-19 Risk

Posted on

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH - Due to the increased COVID-19 case reporting and test positivity in Cuyahoga County, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is taking additional steps to limit risk of exposure for both clients and employees. Starting Friday, DHHS will restrict public access to Cuyahoga County DHHS building lobbies. Buildings will only be open to the public for child welfare and paternity testing services, which must be done in person. Residents will still be able to pick up and drop off forms in the Virgil E. Brown Building, but beyond paternity testing, we will not serve them through face-to-face interactions.

We will serve all other clients and administer services online or via phone.
