Adoptable Kids

Adopting a child can be a rewarding and lifechanging experience. The Division of Children and Family Services is looking for families or single adults from all backgrounds who want to give a safe, loving, permanent home to children who need a family.

  • Most children waiting for adoption are African American and Caucasian children ages 10 and older.
  • Many are sibling groups who need to stay together, teenagers, or children who have special needs (including physical, emotional or mental disabilities).
  • Adoptive families can include relatives, single parents, and same sex couples.

  • If you are a licensed Foster Caregiver or approved Adoptive Family requesting information about a specific child submit an inquiry and we’ll follow up with you.

Hugs and smiles are always in abundance with Kaylee. Kaylee loves to learn new things and share those things with others. She knows how to advocate for herself and has a good overall sense of self. Kaylee believes that everyone should enjoy life as much as they can each day. Kaylee is often described as a wonderful and sweet girl who loves helping around the house, listening to music, dancing, singing, and talking about any and everything.

Kaylee has overcome many obstacles in her life, and the special family for Kaylee must be willing to grow and develop with her. Kaylee is looking forward to sharing her love with her forever family.
