Formerly incarcerated residents often face stigma and systemic barriers to their successful reintegration to family and community life. Cuyahoga County’s DHHS Office of Reentry supports, facilitates, and advocates for services, legal rights, and fair access to resources that help returning citizens build safe, successful lives.
